MY Happiness Project
Having recently gone through something I didn't think would happen - especially this soon - I've decided to start a little "project" of my own. I have been reading a book called The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin and I have loved every single page so far. I have decided to dedicate the next couple of months of my life to - quite literally - myself. I want to find myself and see if I can deepen my understanding into my own life. I don't know exactly how I'm going to go about this but I've got a few ideas of things I want to start doing more often (eg. exercising and keeping a gratitude journal of some sort) and I now have a better insight on how I can go about making these positive changes. Yes I'm only 21 so I know I don't need to do anything drastic.
