I have recently restarted Insanity. If you don't know, Insanity is a 60 day fitness DVD run by Shaun T. He is an "American fitness trainer & choreographer" (according to Wikipedia) I started with the Fit Test on January 20th. That didn't go too well, but everyone has to start somewhere, right!? I first started Insanity last year sometime during summer but stopped about 25 days in. I'm not sure why, I just couldn't be bothered to carry on. However now, I need to make sure I complete it! I'm going on tour with my cheer squad in April and want to get fit & get the best body I can achieve by that point. Clean eating (as much as possible) and working out 5 - 6 days a week. I really need to stay motivated and do what I can. No more take-out or fizzy drinks, it's all about the fruit & veg and water. Yum yum!
