REVIEW: Breaking Dawn Part 2

NOTE: SPOILERS ALERT!

I am a Twi-hard. I'm going to admit it from now. I absolutely LOVE Twilight. I've read all the books countless times, watched the movies God knows how many times and I am simply obsessed.

The debate between Team Jacob and Team Edward for me is probably the easiest answer I have ever given. For me, it has to be.. Team Edward. No questions asked, I am 100% Team Edward! That flawless human- I mean vampire-being. Oh he's so perfect. And sweet. And caring. Oh I should stop. The people that are Team Jacob, from experience, tend to have only seen the movies. They haven't read the books. The books go into so much more detail and it's so much more romantic so if you haven't read them, I very strongly recommend that you do.

(IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED IN THE MOVIE, DON'T READ ON. THIS IS A MIXTURE OF SPOILERS & A REVIEW)

I went to watch the midnight showing of Breaking Dawn Part 2 and it was genuinely the best film in the series.

It began with the longest introduction I have ever seen. The anticipation was so much but it was worth it.. And what was the first thing we saw? Obviously her eyes. Those blood red eyes. It started off pretty well, showing her strength and what she was capable of, the way that she could resist the temptation of human blood mid-hunt, defeating Emmett! I won't give away too many spoilers so I'll fast forward to the near-end of the movie... SPOILER ALERT.

Carlisle's dead. Jasper's dead. Seth & Leah. Dead. All killed by those evil monsters, the Volturi. I don't understand WHY the film-makers would ruin the book this way. I legitametely cried throughout that whole fight scene. It was a long & tortuous scene. The whole cinema was gasping & pretty much crying because, well, 'the baddys were winning'! But then they started picking off the Volturi and their supporters. One by one, they were brutally murdered and torn apart. I felt absolutely ecstatic when that started happening! Oh and Bella was the best shield known to vampkind. She helped as many of the vampires as she possibly could and boy oh boy did that do justice to their side.

I won't reveal anymore of the cinema story-line but I'm only going to tell you one more thing. The plot twist in this film completely screws with your mind. And I can guarantee, if you're a Twihard, you will be crying no matter what.

The movie itself was constantly moving and stuck as much to the book as possible. You could see the romance between Bella and Edward was a whole lot stronger than before (if thats even possible). Renesmee is an absolute stunner and overall, the movie from start to finish was perfect. Every fan will love it for sure!

I would give this a 5/5 rating. Yes I'm a bit biased but, especially out of the whole saga, this is the best film out of the lot. I enjoyed it very much, as did all the other people in the cinema. I could tell because there was a massive applause and lots of WOOP'ing at the end. You will leave the cinema in tears and I can promise you, they'll be happy.
