YouTube!
I've had a YouTube account for quite a while new and decided to make a side channel for myself which included beauty & fashion vlogs/hauls. I say this as though I've made MANY videos when I've only actually filmed 2 and am currently editing the first one (which is a collective haul!). I love watching them so I decided that I'll start making them too.
I filmed them and felt relatively awkward because I was talking to a camera. I feel too shy to do it in front of my mum and sister because I feel really weird while doing it. But I know, if I keep it up and do it more often, it'll become less frightening. I'm genuinely quite scared to put myself out there. I'm not sure why, but I think it's mostly because I'm not that self-confident which sucks. But I'm going to try and do as good as I can to make amazing videos for people who are interested in this kinda stuff! It'll literally be a mixture of things to do with fashion, beauty and possibly rants too. But we'll get to that if and when I've become more confident!
I'm currently in the midst of editing my first video and I actually don't know how people do this literally every day/very often. For me, it's really awkward because I'm no pro at editing AT ALL! I'm literally using Windows Live Movie Maker and I'm just about getting the hang of it. I don't own a laptop so I'm doing it on the family computer that everyone uses with my mum just walking about behind me and I feel super scared editing in front of her because it's literally my face on this huge screen and she'll see and think I'm weirder than I already am and.... yeah you get the picture (I hope?!).
ANWAY, the reason why I wrote this post is simply to let you know that I am starting up a YouTube channel - tru5hna - and if you're into beauty & fashion stuff then feel free to subscribe! Hopefully you'll enjoy the videos..
The collective haul video should (hopefully) be up by tonight. If it's not then it'll DEFINITELY be up by Friday!
